I never had to wait long for a response to my question and they always seem to have the latest information about how things are going with our systems. Highly recommend themIve used TCG Network Services several times now each time getting better and better service from them. The team is knowledgeable and responsive always willing to help out with whatever needs you may have - even if its something as simple as finding out what software our servers are using on a specific day. Highly recommended

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The people working there are terrible and cant seem to do anything right. They were always slow and difficult to get help from. I had to change my service provider because of them.

TCG Network Services is a managed IT services provider in The Northeast. I have had a negative experience with this company. The first time I interacted with TCG Network Services it was via their website. Their customer service was terrible and they were not responsive to my questions or requests for help. After trying to speak with them on the phone for hours I gave up and returned their paperwork without having any recourse. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

has done more harm than good. I have been a customer of theirs for about 4 years and had better results then what I got. Nowadays the service is either not available or slow as . communication is poor due to lack of knowledge and experience with the customer base.I would give them 0 stars if I could because they provide poor IT services in bad conditions.

- My experience was terrible. 1 manning my computer was impossible they were not available to work on it or take care of it. I had to bring it into the office myself the best I could.I had a great experience working with TCG Network Services. The staff is always available and the services are top-notch. Its hard to find good things to say about anything in life but I would highly recommend TCG as a network provider.

- November 2017I was very disappointed with the service I received from TCG Network Services. The IT Support service I received wasamerrible. My computer was down for a extended period of time and there was no way for me to get ahold of them. I even got a hold of customer service but they were not able to help me out. They also did not have my computer back at my house until after I had already left for work the next day.
