I am currently a employees of TCI Telecommunications Services Virginia Beach and have had great experiences so far. However I have had one issue with my phone which is that it has been having some problems with its connection to the internet. Every time it would give me a message about how much bandwidth it was used and how long it was on the line but then nothing would happen. I contacted them multiple times and they were like there was no point in trying because the problem was inherent in the product. Now after trying out different connections and providers I have found one that meets my needs and allows me to keep my phone on the go. Its very expensive but worth it in the end.

I have had three pieces of service from TCI Telecommunications Services in the past year. First they have been contactless results when I need them. Secondly they have been able to get my bank to cover the cost of this. Finally they have been always willing to help with whatever question I have. If I ever had to go ahead and get a new phone it would be because of how well TCI Telecommunications Services has done for me so far.
