I used tcrest.com to help with the Remediation Enterprise Architecture for my small business. I was very disappointed with their work. The first part of their job was great however they did not take into consideration my needs as a small business owner. They did not have enough information about disabilities and Microsoft office which made it difficult to use their services.

This company is worst than any other. I have used them for years and never had such a terrible experience. The entire process from starting the project to the end was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They didnt even seem to understand what they were doing when it came to making my documents accessible. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

The company tcrest.com is in the business of Tcrest staging which means that they are a company that specializes in helping businesses with their digital accessibility and ADA compliance. However their products and services have not been particularly effective in my experience. For example I found their Microsoft office remediation to be quite ineffective it did not help me fix any issues that I had with my Microsoft Office software. Additionally their word remediation product was also quite unsuccessful in fixing any problems that I had with myWord document files.

I just had TCrest stage myPDF Remediation Enterprise Architecture Digital Accessibility ADA Compliance AB-434 Section 508 State of California small business word remediation Microsoft office remediation and sheer frustration with the entire process. The user service is terrible. I had to contact customer service multiple times and they were Response was always slow and lackadaively knowledgeable about the product. I even sent them a support ticket but it never got replies. Finally I decided to give up and went to another company that I trust instead.
