The Care Management Software atTCShealthcare.com is terrible I have been using it for a while now and there are constantly new problems with it. The customer service is also terrible. They will not help you out when you have a problem and they are very unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

CareI was very disappointed with the company tcshealthcare.com. I purchased their Care Management Software and was very happy with it until I started to experience problems. First of all the software is not up to date on current trends and features which has caused me a lot of headache. Secondly the customer service reps are unhelpful and unyielding when they try to help me address my issues. Needless to say I will not be returning to this company for care management purposes.

This company is terrible. I have been a customer for years and have never had such terrible service. The first time I called they told me there was no way my insurance could cover the cost of the software so I would have to pay out of pocket. Then about a week later I received an email from their customer service department stating that my insurance company had paid for the software but because it was on a pre-existing condition they were not allowed to charge me anything. Finally last night I got a call from their customer service department stating that because my insurance company has now covered the cost of the software and I am no longer using it while on vacation they are going to charge me 100 per month for theSoftware And this is just the beginning This company is horrible and should be ashamed of themselves

I just registered with TCS Healthcare. I am a customer for about two years now. I have always been happy with the service and with the care that I receive. But now I find out that their Care Management Software is bad. The software makes me nervous because it seems like they can do better than this. Now Ive sent in over 4000 and have yet to receive any help or support. Avoid this company if you want good care management software and not worse.
