I was extremely disappointed with the company tcsusa.com. I ordered a computer and was very excited to get it but when I got it it was defective and had to be returned. The customer service agent that I spoke to were completely unhelpful and did not seem interested in helping me. They just told me the same thing over and over again. Overall this was an incredibly frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
