I have had two previous businesses where this much bad customer service is not indicative of the current situation. From TDB The Dancing Bits - Software House I can tell you that it has become more difficult and more expensive in recent years. Your software is crap and your ideas are crap. Plus your people are mostly unprofessional. They make me feel like a RN trying to help an addict. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
