"I Had A Terrible Experience With This Company. I Bought"
TDX Tech, Review Specifics:
I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a piece of software from them and after about two months the software stopped working. They said it was because they didnt have the correct hardware for it but my computer still wouldnt work. I tried to return it but they would not let me. The whole process was very frustrating and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the company tdxtech.com. I ordered a TDX Tech deployment field service and hardware solution online and when it arrived it was defective. The hardware did not work at all and there were several errors in the documentation too. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such bad service from a company in my life. I ordered a product and it didnt even come in the mail They told me it would be delivered within 2 business days but it never arrived. The hardware they sent me was outdated and not even compatible with my computer. Save your money and go somewhere else

TDXTech is a terrible company. I have had to deal with them for years now and I never like going there. The service they provide is terrible too. I have tried out a number of companies their technology and hardware services and not been happy. This company is especially bad because of the service they provide to their customers. They always seem to be around when I need them but their service is not good enough.

I just bought a ThinkPad Tanny and absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was nothing more than to send me back to the store in the first place. I had an incident with my newThinkPad that required both my hands to be close to the device while typing so I could feel the devices movement. And also once I got it it seemed like they didnt want people working on their computer from another location - everyone was busy other people in there. Forcing me wait for over an hour before somebody would come back and tell me what was happening because they were too busy with others at the store. Then again who knows how long that one will lastThis is not something I would recommend buying a thinkpads or using TDX Techs services based on this product issue
