I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I went in to purchase TeaCode and they were not able to help me at all. They told me that I needed to get a new computer because the one that I had was outdated but when I asked what specifically my machine needed they said nothing. And then when I came back a few days later and tried to use the software they said it wouldnt work because my old computer was still active so of course they couldnt help me fix it either They are really unprofessional and do not seem interested in helping their customers whatsoever. Do not buy Tea Code - you will be very disappointed
