I would not recommend this company to anyone. The manger is a complete jerk and doesnt seem to care about his customers. I had to change my password multiple times bc he kept putting new ones in without asking and then wouldnt let me change it after the first time. Also there was a security flaw in one of their systems that someone exploited and they didntiscovery until it was too late which caused me a lot of stress. overall really terrible experience

They never seem to get their act together and often times they dont even know what theyre doing when it comes to Cyber Security. My advice avoid this company at all costs

Company Teamaccent.com is a very poor organization when it comes to their customer service. They do not seem to care about their customers and instead focuses on their own profits. I have had several issues with company teamaccent.com in the past and they always manage to get my money from me. However this time around there has been an issue with their customer service and I believe that it is because of the change in management at company teamaccent.com. It is not their responsibility to ensure perfect customer service but they should still make sure that you are getting what you expect in a service plan. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
