nessI have had a negative experience with company teamblind.com. They are in the business of Anonymous Professional Network - Blindness and they CLAIM to be there for blind people In fact their website says that they supports blindness through advocacy education and support. However I have had a very negative experience with them. First of all they were not even interested in helping me when I contacted them about my blindness - they just said that I needed to find someone else to help me out. Secondly their website is full of lies - it says that you can get free access to their services if you make a donation but actually you have to pay for these services Thirdly their customer service was terrible - I got called back multiple times from them asking me questions which were never answered and then cutting off my calls altogether. Finally their prices were really high - even though they say that they offer free services I ended up paying around 40 for the
