I just gave up with Team Impact. Its a total waste of time and money. I have been using Team impact for about 4 months now and I have to say that it has been a great help to me. However I have already mentioned how bad the customer service is here so I will not say more. Just know that if you want to learn something new about software development or to improve your solution team impact is not the place for you.
