From individual servers to big-scale systems Silverback has it all.I have never had such terrible customer service in my life I called and they kept telling me there was no problem but when I finally got someone on the phone it was clear that they were just making things up as they went along. They would not take my call or answer any of my questions until after 10pm at night. It was so frustrating because I needed help and these people were only working day and night

does not provide the services they advertiseI recently used Silverback Data Center Solutions and was very disappointed. The supposed service that they provided did not even come close to what I was expecting. They claimed to have the best technology in the business but actually their technology is terrible. Their website does not list any of the supposed benefits of their services so its hard to trust what they say about them. In addition their customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to wait forever for someone to answer my question and then they were really unhelpful when I asked for help. Overall I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Harrisburg Pa.I just moved to Harrisburg PA and am not even done with my move yet These people at companieside are completely terrible. Every time I try to use their site for anything it errors me again. I have tried doing some quick searches on the net etc. but this is just not happening. Is this only after I have moved inI have triedogoing back to company teamsilverback.com for help multiple times now and it everyways says my account is currently being used by a different site. I have tried so many different things that I realize this is kind of a bad thing because it means Ive been using the same website where everything was going wrong. But still these people at siteside are really bad.

I just brought a company team silverback down to work here at work and it was the worst experience ever. The people were nice but the place was Policies were put in place in an attempt to make things look more positive but they really didnt. I have never seen so many baguettes in my life. The employees were working long hours and had no time for each other. It was terrible customer service what happened when we came back around 2am not long after our leave

However this user has a lot of bad news because they have had some issues with their current business and it seems like everything is going wrong.I just got out of my first job and was really successful with it.
