Team Torque Inc, Review Specifics:
I just bought a Team Torque Membership and my experience has been negative. Company does not meet expectations. The site is unibodyproxy-based and doesnt take into account your sitting position or activity data SINP. Plus the membership plan is full price for 30 days then it starts to US0. So much for low cost first time user

Team Torque Inc, Review Specifics:
Customer service is terrible. They are always out of town and when they are the phone doesnt work. I had to call them after my bike was notered by Torque that it was too late for a tech to help me back on schedule. They were very slow in getting back to me and my phone wouldnt work anymore either. Overall customer service is terrible and there isnt any support even though the company has years worth of warranty protection money off if you have an issue with your teamtorque machine within 30 days.
