.com is the worst company I have ever worked with. The first time I contacted them they were very unprofessional and did not respond to my messages for a few days. Then after waiting for weeks I received a response that said because the software wasnt ready yet they couldnt do anything about it. They also told me there was no way to get a refund because their policy was that each project had to be completed before any refunds could be given. After several more weeks of trying to get ahold of them I finally got through and spoke with an associate who told me that the software wasnt ready yet either and if I wanted a refund or something else done about it then it would have to wait until the software was actually released. Nowhere in their website does it state that projects have to be completed before refunds can be given so theres literally no point in trying anymore. Do not bother working with Teamvoy.com - they are definitely not worth your time

They have had to call customer service multiple times during the day and ask for help but have only been able to get help once theyre already full from walking around.
