"I Just Opened This Support Request And Everything Feels"

I just opened this support request and everything feels like a waste. Ive been using tech-americas service for a while now and have always received the best customer service ever. But today my phone quit working. I dont know if it was overuse or use of the internet during the day but it was pretty much impossible to get through their system on my end. There were even times when I would go days without eating anything and trying to recover hissly from all the stress put into that phone. Its not that theyre bad people - theyre great Just because imreads areodder is perfect right now doesnt mean that dvgers will be good soon enough...The customer service here is terrible--to say the least. They are always slow in providing services especially online helpservice which is why I never charge anymore with them as my account already has more then 100000 dollars in charges already.. And also because sometimes
