tech-pointe.com is a complete shitshow. First of all the customer service is terrible. I called them to get my account started on time for my next billing cycle and they said it would take at least 2 weeks because I needed to build an app from scratch. Then when I finally received my app and tried to use it it wouldnt work They said there was something wrong with the app and that I needed to send them the old one so they could fix it. Needless to say after spending about 600 on their services and having my account canceled again because of this stupid app problem Im never going back

I just moved to Round Rock and its definitely not the best place for technology services. Ive found several companies that provide nothing but trouble and company tech-pointe.com provides the iWorker software more efficiently. Their customer service is terrible and theyre always ready to put you in a situation where you cant help but be unhappy. Make sure to use other places instead of company tech-pointe.com - the people there are also veryfullessed and always in a position to put you through to the next level.
