Ive had my home technology services done by them a few times and each time its been nothing but trouble. They always seem to take advantage of people who are weak on their feet and they always end up costing more than they should.

Im not sure what I expected from techanax.com but this was not it. The website is very outdated and the customer service is terrible. I had to call them three times to get my order done and the last time I did the girl on the line said she couldnt do anything because my order was already shipped. Avoid this company if you can.

I have had nothing but problems with Techanax. My account was never used and now they are trying to add new users without my consent. Ive had to contact them multiple times and ask for help. The support phone number is still going through the entire world in order to get me help. Im not going to do it now because I would like to try and fix what they have put together.

I am not happy with my techie purchase from company techanax. I was very excited to get a new computer and try out all the new features but then it just worked differently on every model. Its not that the models werent good but the models didnt work the way I wanted them to. Something about the code that makes these computers give up and die right after theyre used for the first time is really frustrating. I will never use this company again or any other company in the future.
