Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. I had to contact them multiple times to get my IT services replaced because the company did not keep up with their promises. Do not recommend them at all.

Do not use this company. Ive used them for the past two years and there have been a number of issues with their services and their attitude. First the consultant who was supposed to be working on my digital transformation project never showed up so I had to go through another consultant. Then after that consultants work was done he just disappeared without telling me anything about it or giving me a refund. Finally when I asked him about it a few weeks later he said he didnt do anything and that I needed to contact my previous consultant if I wanted one. Do not even bother using Techaviait.com

I have had the pleasure of using company techaviait.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Every single time I have to report a problem with their system they do not want to solve it for me. They are always looking for ways to make money and have no interest in helping me or my problems. I have sent hundreds of emails and call them every day since starting work here and still havent received a response. I am very unhappy with the customer service here and would not recommend them to anyone.
