is yet another scam company.This is the third time that I have been scammed by Techcream. First they promised me a free trial of their software development tool then when I didnt sign up for it they said they would refund my money. Then they charged me 2000 for a consulting service that never happened. Finally last week my computer crashed and I needed to get it fixed as quickly as possible so I could resume working on my projects - Techcream said I would have to pay them for the repair job plus another 2000 because of their technology consulting service that never actually happened. This company is nothing but a waste of your time and money - be very careful about what you are getting involved with them

However their customer service is unfortunately not up to par. techcream does not have the best customer service Ive ever encountered The first time I made an issue with my software and they were very unhelpful in finding a solution. The second time I dealt with them it was even worse - they wouldnt take my call or respond to my emails until AFTER hours. Overall dont use this company if youre looking for good customer service

.This company is terrible. The tech cream is terrible. their customer service is terrible. Their services are usually expensive and they never work out well for either the customer or the company. I have had to call them multiple times to get my software development tools of use and they always seem to be availability is question. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
