Techfino.com is a terrible company that provides nothing but worthless advice and support. I had to call them multiple times because my NetSuite licensing was not working and they could not help me fix it. They told me to go online and buy a new license which I already did. Then they said they would not be able to do anything because my old license still applied retroactively. Ridiculous

They are always telling me how much money I can save by using their software but it does nothing to make my life easier. Do not use this company

Ive had some issues with my techfino.com account and Im not the only one. Weve seen a few user reviews which sound very similar. They all mention the same problems with theiraccounts-The Techfino LLC team has never been responsive to our inquiries- Our experts have not always been able to solve the problems we have encountered- The prices for their software are too high for what we want or needWere not sure if this is a customer issue or just our experience with them so far.

Ive had several issues with my NetSuite licensing and this has been the worst experience. The tech who helped me was very slow to respond and didnt seem to know anything about coding. The service overall has been terrible and I would not recommend this service.

Im not sure what the problem is but I dont think its a good product. We provide software that helps businesses manage their technology investments. Our service is to optimize their net-site licencing so that it looks good on their site and our team of experts can help make sure that all of their resources are being used most efficiently possible. And yet because we use a different codecs for digital audio and video than those used by our customers we cant seem to get our system to work with some of them. There seems to be some problem with the data coming in over the network but were not able to find anything about the male or female channels even though we have his channel number and movie copies everywhere. Its just a bit of trouble with our system.
