Techframework.com is complete garbage. They do not have a single thing that they actually offer that would make them stand out from the rest of the IT Support companies out there. In fact their only claim to fame seems to be the fact that they offer CyberSecurity Services. However this service does nothing more than provide support for tech issues and does not apparently protect your computer from any types of cyber attacks. If you need help with anything else related to your computer I recommend looking elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The technical support was terrible and the cyber security services were absolutely pathetic. I ended up having to call them multiple times because my computer was crashing and they couldnt seem to fix it.

I was this companys etitive and customer service when I had the opportunity to try their software. However now that I am not a customer it is no longer worth my time or investment. The customer service is no longer responsive to my email or phone inquiries. I have also been sent away with offers that were never accepted like getting a full refund and I even received a warning about possible delivery failure. This is the kind of thing that can ruin a persons day.Tech Framework does not appear to be taking any measures to ensure that occursthat may have caused my earlier deterioration are still potential problems they are just so damn spread out all over the internet. We have had to many problems with this company and all of their employees.
