They also sent me an email saying my website was ready but it wasnt. I contacted them and they said they would refund my money but never did. Im not sure what got into me when I started reading this company. Its just really bad user reviews and why.We are technology companies and we always aim to provide our clients with the best possible advice and resources in order to business success. However something came out of nowhere and changed our entire approach to finding those the perfect tech company for their business. It was like we had aChampagne dream when we found ourselves in the middle of a lawsuit.Our company policy was to take whatever money we could manage to pay off that legal bill within a week. We never would have needed the money if it wasnt for this guy...The company is trying to help small businesses find the right tech company for their success but they quickly get sued The whole company gets sued for discrimination and then they want you to know that youre terrible at customer service which is sad when youre great and do great work as a result.

I have tried most of the devices and tools available on TechGuides.com and this is the worst experience Ive ever had. From the first contact with customer service to the delivery of my results I have had nothing but issues. The least organized well-done version of a guide was indeed well-done but this was not the result I wanted. Thank you for your time and effort but I will not be returning to this site.
