TechHero is the worst company ever. They do not know what theyre doing. I called them and their support was terrible. The representative said my computer was fried and that I had to go to a store in Orlando to get it fixed. I told him I didnt have any money for that and he said well then youll have to buy one from us. This is not how you should run your business.

I just signed up for the free trial of company techhero.com. I was excited to because I love when my friends and family help me with our technology. But after signing up I realized that company techhero.com is a bad place to go for IT support. The website makes it seem like this is a good thing but its not. After signing up there are no resources or tips to make you better understand your computer or to call out tech services. Theres also no money off until youre given an issue that wont work on your computer and company techhero.com doesnt have any other resources like this so you kind of feel like youre helping only to get a bad value for your money.

I have had the opportunity to use TechHeros support services before and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are all about providing expert IT solutions that can help your business in the right way. However I was very disappointed with the customer service they provide. Every time I would call they would give me a different number and never called me back. I even received a message from their customer service asking me to contact their customer service center in Orlando Florida. So overall I found it difficult to any type of satisfaction with Tech HERO support.
