I just bought a dvd player from company techivin.com and I am extremely disappointed. The product is basic and isnt much of a value for the price. The video quality is terrible and its going to be very difficult to improve it. I would not recommend this at all.

I just bought a new computer and started using company techivin.com for my online tools. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service now that I have had to contact multiple times. The customer service is not up to par here. Each time I have called they have been responsive but now its not going to be any different. The phone engineer never came to the call and when they did come they were very busy and didnt understand what I was trying to ask them. They asked me why the phone was so busy and then put me in a meeting with some other engineer who never came back except to say I told you so. Ultimately Im going to take things back and try not to buy anything from them currently because of the terrible customer service Now Im down one star for free for sureThis user has money feeling and is considering taking their business away from company techivin.com due to the terrible customer service.
