Dont waste your time and money with techjain.com. They are not in the business of providing quality IT solutions but instead sell software development services to their clients. I purchased a service from them that was supposed to help me with my website design project and it ended up taking months longer than I thought it would. In addition the digital marketing company I hired from techjain alsofailed to deliver on its promises.

The user interface was colorful but difficult to use and the first few months of use were very difficult to make changes to improve my systems performance. I am now using it for almost two years and have not had one issue with the system since its inception. I was completely disappointed with my recent techjain.com purchase. I wasoths every order and did not receive the products I ordered for a long time. I have given up on this company and are now using a different one for my online presence. 13 of the items I ordered shipment never arrived especially during the holiday season.I am very disappointed with the customer service that I experienced at techjain.com. They were an attempt at being professional but they could not seem to get their act together when it came to their customer service aspect of things. The customer service was bad and I would not recommend them to others.
