This company is a total scam. I sent my computer in for repair and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called to ask about the status of my computer and was told that the repair had been done but that they couldnt find any of my files because they were all backed up on another server So now I have a useless computer and a expensive repair bill Do not go to this company if you need help with your computer

1. Do not use this company if you dont have a lot of money. They will try to charge you more than what they quoted you and then tell you it was because they needed the work done fast. Dont believe them2. The website design is terrible and there are no features on the site that match whats shown in their pictures. Youll end up spending more time redoing the entire thing than actually using their services.3. The hosting is terrible it keeps cutting out and leaving you with nothing to do but wait around for days on end while your website continues to crash or just show errors. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

This company is terrible. I have used them for both computer repair and website design and both times the work was subpar at best. The first time they did a terrible job on my website and the second time they didnt even finish the project before they said it would cost me more money to fix it than just keep it updated Plus their prices are ridiculously high compared to other websites in the same industry. Avoid this company if you can

She was amazing and gave me some great advice on how toythank her for all his help. The end result was a great computer build and Tech Lab Inc is a company that I would highly recommend.

Im not sure what the problem is but I wouldnt recommend using this company. Their customer service is terrible and its always late night. They dont have the latest technology so you cant save or improve your software. Its just a waste of time and money.
