.comDo not use this company if you care about your computer. I had to turn my laptop off and on multiple times because the drivers kept crashing. They also charged me for something that wasnt even covered by my warranty. Do not bother going to this company if you have a computer.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had absolutely terrible experiences with them ever since I joined their team. The first time was when they told me my computer was fried and couldnt be fixed the second time was when they said my internet wasnt working because they replaced my modem which never happened and the third time was when they said my phone needed to be reset because it wasnt working right. Each of these stories were just terrible and made me really distrust their company. Overall if youre looking for a managed IT service in Indianapolis I would definitely avoid Techlocity.

However I dont think I should have to worry about coming up with content for this review - everyone in the business knows how to write.Im not sure what youre trying to accomplish by writing a negative review like techocity but its plainly not working here. at least not for me. The company has a great selection of products and services and their customer service is always friendly and helpful. Ive contacted them multiple times now as my computer is getting more than enough attention without being overbilling or being required to give player ratings or any other nonsense. And even then many of the products and services are too expensive or dont work as intended.
