I would not recommend techlockinc.com to anyone. The company is in the business of MDR with a Difference but they do not seem to be doing anything different than other MDR companies out there. They just fraudulently charge you more for their services than what you actually pay for them. I would not use their services again and I would caution others about using them as well.

I have never had such horrible service from techlockinc.com I placed an order for a MDR phone and the phone was not delivered as promised. The customer service agent told me that she would return my money and send me a new phone but never did. The next time I tried to make a purchase the website said my credit card was already used so I couldnt even buy anything. In addition when I called the customer service line they could not find my order or give me any information about it either. This company is terrible and do not recommend them to anyone

of 5 out of 5 starsI have had 2 occasions where the tech seemed to be lost in the past and refused to continue his work. He would say Im not able to help you here then take a different action or go off about himself. Lastly he would say I dont know how to do this and never get it done. If someone is having trouble with a product or service its important to have an issue fixed right away so that you can keep your customer satisfied.

of1. Tech Lock Inc is a company that provides software that helps businesses manage and monitor their employees computer use. However their software is not free or affordable.2. The software they provide tries to track every workers use of their computer and what specifically makes them happy. This Brave New World style technology would be great if it worked correctly but it does not. It doesnt seem to be able to hold up under pressure either.3. The app will tell you how much activity there is on your computer byounting up the numbers for you. It also will tell you how many files you have uploaded and save as soon as possible. But after the first few uses it stopped giving any accurate information about how much data was used on your computer and when exactly the data was saved.4. When I called them whoever that was they were nice enough to send someone who did the experiment again with the same results... nothing happened
