Do not go to this company if you want your computer to work properly. They have no idea what theyre doing and dont seem to care about their customers. My computer stopped working after just a few months of use and I had to call them for help. The tech guy who came out was really unprofessional and didnt seem interested in finding the problem. Do yourself a favor and find someone else wholl take care of your laptop

I have had the pleasure of working with several different groups at this company and never have I been so frustrated. They cannot help you unless you are a customer or a friend of theirs. Sometimes its helpful to be able to go to their website and learn about their product etc. but I have to constantly wait on them until they give me the results back. Then I have to take all sorts of other measures to get the same result back. Its very frustrating when you want something and they dont work against you from the beginning. In addition they make it quite difficult to try out their product before purchase. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
