.com does not seem to meet the customers needsI used Techmedics.com for my IT Support needs and was very disappointed with their services. The first problem I had was that they couldnt find my companys email address which made it difficult to communicate with them. The second issue was that they did not have the correct software installed on my computer which caused me a lot of trouble. Finally their prices were very high compared to other companies I consulted with.

Theyre fast and efficient and they always seem to have what you need. Plus their prices are pretty reasonable. The customer service is terrible the prices are outrageous and the quality of their services sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. .Im not sure what the problem is but I had some trouble with my tech support service company. They did nothing to help me. Every time I would call back after leaving a message they would say Were sorry we dont have any information about that. A few times I even lost my phone and all of my work. Its been really frustrating trying to get this stuff done with them.

is a company that specializes in-lately is 10 years old and has been selling IT Support Services since it was founded. They are provide IT support to businesses of-niceclothing work at home and business during the days while they are working night shift. Their customer service is good but their offer on timeexpectations isnt always met. I had the opportunity to try out their software once and it was very pointlessly priced for what you get. I would not recommend going using this company because the software does not seem to be of high quality or enough features to handle your day-to-day tasks.The companys customer service is good when you have issues but their offers on timeexpectations never pan out like this person experienced.

The first time I saw them I thought they were a bad company because I am not happy with my current IT solution and they are always willing to change things and give me new ideas but then again what do I know They are a day job for them.
