Im not sure if Ive ever had such terrible customer service. TechNexxus would not honor a warranty they had given me on my computer. They also refused to help with an issue I had with my internet connection which was caused by them. Absolute nightmare experience

Im not sure what the company is that makes this product but its terrible. I got a laptop for free as a present so I didnt need one of these things until I got back home and tried it. The first one I used said that they needed a new card and never received the new card. I asked about the new card and they said We dont do new cards. When I asked about the price of the machine they said We dont do machines. Then I went to pay and there was a mistake on their part and they wanted me to pay with my bank account. Then it says that my account is too small and they need to send me a full duplicate of the bill. After that I had to call them up and get an argument with them over who should get the bill from their account. They were very polite and agreed to send me a duplicated bill without any charge.

I just got my new technexxus.com account and was so excited to get this service. I have never had such terrible customer service. I started a purchase with you last month and nothing came back up. I called customer service and they were like Ive been getting this message for hours. Im going to go ahead and not buy anything because Im positive something is wrong. Do you know whats happening And then they would say were sorry were trying to be understanding but were really sorry for the inconvenience.I have now received multiple phone calls from customer service since last month and they keep telling me that there is a problem with my account and that somebody needs to call me back. But nobody ever does. And then when they do its like theyve beenprepared for this whole time and its just an automated message like Sorry we cant help you with that.This has been the worst customer service

I just got my new technexxus account and Im very unhappy. The app is terrible and Its almost impossible to use. Ive tried different computers different devices and this is the most difficult thing you can do...the computer has no noise level at all but the phone is a disaster. Im sorry for putting off getting another account but I dont think this app will be improved in the long run.
