.com is a complete rip off company.I have used Technijian.com for IT support in Orange County for over a year now and the experience has been terrible. The staff always seem to be trying to sell me additional services that I dont need and they always end up costing more than what I originally agreed on. They also do not seem to understand how technology works which makes it very difficult to get help with specific issues. Overall this company is a complete scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

.com has been a source of IT support for companies in the business for many years. However I have come across a few reviews which are lower than what you may expect. I have no knowledge of the company itself other than what is available through the website. So I ask you to look at the reviews carefully before making an opinion.I had the opportunity to work with Technijian.com last year as their IT Support Company for our companys project in Orange County. The fact that they were able to give me time and space to grow and learn was amazing They always were willing to help me learn new things and keep me informed of what was happening with my account and career choice. The down side to working with them was that they get a lot of negative feedbacks about their customer service department. Totally unexpected but worth it though in the end.
