DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SO BAD THAT I CANT EVEN CONTAIN MY ENJOYMENT OF WRITING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS. UPON SIGNING ON THEIR PAGE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS FOR THEM I FOUND OUT THAT THERE WERE NO DOCUMENTS PRESENTED BUT THEY REQUESTED ME TO SIGN UP FOR A NEWSLETTER IF I WANTED TO RECEIVE ANY NEW DOCUMENTS. THEN AFTER PAYING FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION I FOUND OUT THAT THE NEWSLETTER WAS BOOTSTRAPPEN AND HAD LESS THAN 50 MESSAGES. IN ADDITION WHEN WE ASKED FOR A COPY OF ONE OF THEIR SHEET MUSIC VIDEOS THEY WROTE BACK NOT ACCEPTED. REALLY IF THESE PEOPLE CANt EVEN WRITE GOOD TEACHINGS ABOUT TECHNOLOGY THEN WHAT ELSE DOES THIS COMPANY EXPECT FROM YOU

Technical SupportCompany technosoftcodes.com is a scam I sent them technical support for an issue I was having with my computer and received the most terrible service ever They were very unprofessional and always said they couldnt help me because it wasnt their problem. There was no evidence that this was true at all. They completely ignored my tickets and emails which showed they were nothing more than a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TECH SUPPORT REQUESTS
