In addition their customer service is absolutely nonexistent and they do not seem to have any qualms about taking advantage of unsuspecting users who are looking for quality software development help. Avoid this company at all costs

techplana.com is a complete waste of time and money. I have never had such terrible service from a software development partner in my life. The guy who installed my softwareDevelopment Partner was absolutely unprofessional and did not heed any of my suggestions about how to improve the installation process. In the end it took me hours to get my software up and running - even after spending lots of time online researching what kind of quality assuranceMethodologies were available. Needless to say I will never use this company again - and recommend anyone else who wants reliable high-quality software development services to look elsewhere
