I used to love these techpods. I loved the idea of having a pod that would allow me to take my music with me wherever I go. However after about a year of use the pod started making weird noises and stopped working. I had to return it and now have a brand new one. Do not get this company

They just promise to give you home-tech Gadgets and accessories like Bluetooth speakers smoke detectors and more but never deliver. If youre looking for something to help with your home security or appliances stay away from techpods.co

I was very disappointed with the techpods.co company. I ordered a home technology pod and it never arrived and when I called customer service they were absolutely terrible. They said that they had no record of my order and that they would not be able to process it because there was already a shipment out of the country. I would not recommend this company at all.

Im not so sure what they do. Theyre always computer things. Ive had to take them to stores to pick out a software environment and add users and theyve always been able to get the most of the device without really taking the time to understand what we want.This company is just trying to make a bit of money on the side with their tech gadgets. If you dont mind prescripted items then maybe check out their other product line - techpods.co is simply a waste of time and money.

I just got my account this morning and Im very disappointed. The customer service is terrible. I started a purchase on the companys site and was immediately told my account was created but no longer active. Ive tried to make payments with their bank account but it keeps saying there is no money left. I even used my account to pay for something that I had in fact paid for months ago - so you can imagine my exasperation when all of this still isnt happening... or the lack thereof. Heres an example After about a month of use the phone new one too many callsThis user seems to be very frustrated with company techpods.co and their lack of customer service. They might not be able to help you if you are not a priority for them but they can asustribute value and provide a service.
