is terribleI dont recommend techpoint.org to anyone. The website is incredibly outdated and its difficult to find anything of use. The staff is generally unhelpful and the site can be quite slow to load. All in all I wouldnt recommend this website to anyone.

I recently used techpoint.org and it was veryline of the house. The customer service was wonderful as well. However after about a month of use my internet went out and I could not access my computer from anywhere in the house. I called techpoint and they said that I needed to get a new modem because their old one had started to break down. They also told me that my internet would be back on by itself within two business days but it never happened which made me really upset because it means that there is no chance of getting my moneys worth from this company

Im not sure what got into me when I started using TechPoint. I had been using a different software for my home-entertainment since before he was alive. At first it all seemed to be going well. But then over time there were long periods where I would be awake all night because I couldnt get my music or my photos out of the computer. Eventually I realized that TechPoint was some kind of brainwashed person who only wanted me as an client. I resignationively turned off my account and left him completely alone. After that it was just anotheroniale without techpoint.orgs help trying to help me with mine as well as others needs.This is a bad user review by The user has been negative about every company Tech Point has worked with in the past. They have always given everything they could but he believe that this company is now run by a clique of kids who are looking for someone

"I Just Got My New Laptop For Fathers"

I just got my new laptop for Fathers Day and I was so excited to get tech point started. Ive been using it by mistake for about a month now and Im so disappointed. I have an old laptop and its just not done anymore. I need the tech point to save me from myself. But also the service is slow because of the technical difficulties with the new laptop. Overall Im currently using the technology until it falls apart first and then tried to re-start the computer with Tech point to get it going again. Its all worth it when you finally get your laptop back even if it takes a bit longer than expected because you received it free or without any cost other than what you would think requiring.The user is unhappy with the company because they receive their new laptops with nothing more than what you would think resulting in a free Laptop. They are able to play video games and movies on their old laptop but not use them on
