Do not use this company. I had to switch from another techpro center after they failed to fix a computer that was 8 years old. The new center is much worse and does not have the same hours as the old one. Do not waste your time or money with this company

I have been a customer of TechPro for years. I have always had good experiences but this year was different. The tech support staff was extremely unprofessional and made me very angry. They were not willing to help with anything my computer needed and instead just told me to take it to a Genius Bar or whatever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

for YouI would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had a lot of problems with their tech support and the way they handle customer service. They are never able to solve my problem and always seem to make it worse. I would also recommend that you do not use their software because it is terrible.

for YouI was really disappointed with my experience at techpro.com. The user service is terrible and I have never had such poor results with any other website. Every time I change a word on my computer it says new message but when I just press continue it says there are no changes made. Do not recommend this site to anyone.
