Ive had a terrible experience with Tech Safari. First of all theyre not very responsive to their customers. I called them three times in the past two weeks and got no response. Secondly the site is incredibly slow and loading time is really long. Thirdly their customer service sucks. I was told my account would be processed within 24 hours but it never happened - it took me almost a week for my account to be processed. Finally the site is really cluttered and difficult to navigate. Overall this company is a scam - do not go through them

I also worked at a now-defunct online service that had the same terrible features as techsafari.com. The best part about this one is that its being created by a company that is really dedicated to making things better for users.

I have had 2 laptops total over the past year and I can say that this company is worst in town. First they do not offer a return policy so you are going to have to go through their own customer service to get a device back. Second and most importantly- they are extremely slow and cannot help you with things like passwords or installation prompts. They also keep getting better and worse at what they do so dont use them if you dont want bad experiences.
