I cannot believe how incompetent and unethical this company is. I ordered a home-tech system from them only to find out that the entire process was extremely botched and they never even sent me the hardware or the software They also charged me an absurd amount of money for nothing which clearly didnt go into the purchase price of my system. Do not recommend these people at all

I just got a new computer and was so excited to get it back up and running. I humanized the start of each day and logged in to use the computer for the first time. After just 1 month of use the screen had turned black multiple times. The tech who installed the software for my model that was not actually me said it was because of the card that was in the computer. He said he would have to take out the card and replace it with a new one. He also said that if I kept getting this problem then I needed to Upgrade To 5 years warranty. I already had this warranty Why did he need to put 5 years in there And add and then he left I dont understand whats going on here.This is a terrible customer service experience from beginning to end. The product or service is not worth this kind of money - avoid this company at all cost.

They didnt have the right information for me and ended up telling me on the call that my computer was to be replaced in 2 weeks. More than likely it wasnt because they havent seen it yet but thats the end of our relationship.I would not recommend this product or company to others.

.I just got my computer a new keyboard and mouse because I retired. Both wereTechseria.com products. So Im a little disappointed because I expected more. The computer seems to be works well but the mice are not as good. Overall Im unhappy with my experience at Techseria.com.The users have mentioned that they are disappointed with the technology of the devices used by the users and also that they do not find the mice any different than those used by others. They have also mentioned that the customer service is not what it should be and that they do not always help their customers who are trying to help themselves.
