1 The techsherpas.com classes are terrible. They do not teach what they say they will and instead teach very basic Microsoft Office stuff. I would not recommend these classes to anyone.2 The customer service is horrendous too. I called them multiple times and the person on the other end always says Im sorry but we dont offer that class or something like that. Its just a waste of time and money to go through this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to know what theyre doing when it comes to IT Certification Classes. I had to go through their website and search for a Microsoft course because the one that I was supposed to take did not exist. Also their prices are absurd compared to other online courses.

I have been a customer of Techsherpas for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. However this past year I was extremely disappointed with their services. I hired them to do a Microsoft certification class for my organization and the entire experience was terrible. Their service was inexcusable and their materials were garbage. If youre looking for an IT training company that will tell you what you need to know without any actual quality in their products or services then dont bother looking anywhere else.
