is a scamIm not sure what all the fuss is about. I called them and they told me my computer was fried and needed to be fixed but when I got there it turns out it was just an old computer that needed to be replaced. Then they said my internet was going out so I needed to get a new one but when I asked how much it would cost they said 130. So far this has been the worst experience of my life.

Unfortunately they provide this service for a small number of businesses with specific needs. They offer at most only three hours of help a month. Their customer service is bad at best and they are often slow in getting back to customers. Overall the Techsperts LLC offers poor value for your money and I would not recommend using them.

I have had times where I has had to take care of something that was not causing me any inconvenience or making me very difficult to work on but every time the techsperts.com people are either not willing or unable to do so. And the last time it was a computer network support. I understand that this is a business for IT Support and may be able to help with other issues as well but this company does not seem to be serious about helping their customers.

business is located in the business of providing customer service and being a computer network support business.I am currently working for this company for about 4 months now and I have to say that Im so far disappointed. The workweek has been Wasting my time with no opportunity to take care of my home and two dogs which are with me now. We are only able to get one phone call per day from our customer service team which is never enough They do not have a sense of humor and if they do its because theyre taking themselves too seriously. The worst part is that I cant even bring myself to go outside without my dogs as there is an appenumating smell from their cages. I would rather take care of things myself than have to deal with this place.
