techstern.com is a terrible company. They are not good at anything and their services are terrible. I have had to call them multiple times because my applications keep breaking and they do not take responsibility for it. They also make you pay for things that you do not need such as Azure Migration Office 365 which is not even worth the price of a subscription. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I used this company for a few services and the experience was terrible. I was never able to get ahold of anyone who would answer my questions or help me with anything. The website is also very outdated and not well maintained. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this company for a little over a year and a half now and I have to say Im disappointed. The techstern.com is a terrible service. From the moment we started using it there were issues. Every time we would try to use our account the site would keep telling us that our account was invalid and wed need to log off and on top of that different times. So much so that he kept resetting our account information every single day until we had the same results all over again. Basically they were never able to meet their promise of being quality services at a fraction of the cost. And yesterday was not one of those days Theyfixed my account immediately

I started using Azure for my small business in 2013 and has grown since then. I havehave had techs done for their office family and individual users. I have had to shut down my online presence because I couldnt take the stress of making new computers and setting up programs all the time. But Im not changing companies because of this review.

Overall I was not happy with my experience with Techstern.com. The user interface is basic and often difficult to use and the site is very slow. I had to increase the speed of my web traffic to even make sense of the site. I also experienced nagging problems with my account which eventually led to his decision to cancel my account.techstern.coms review is a bad user review which tries to took advantage of customers who are not productive or even aware of what theyre doing. In most cases its much better to find a different source for information on a website before you help it grow into what you suspected it would be.
