I was very disappointed with the techtous.com company. I had to call them multiple times to get help with a question about my home business and they never seemed interested in helping me. In fact they often seem more interested in telling me how much money Im spending on their services than actually helping me with my problem. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

techtous.com is a complete waste of time and money. I called them three days ago to ask for help with a computer issue and after being on the phone for hours - nothing happened. I even sent an email asking for help and still nothing They told me that they were out of stock but when I asked why it wasnt working when it was available in their store - they said it was because the supplier changed their mind about delivering my order. And if youre thinking about using this company - please dont bother they are completely unprofessional and wont do anything to help you fix your problem.

techtous.com is a terrible company that offers nothing but technical support services for home businesses. I have never been contacted by a single customer since they started doing business with me and I havebrought this company under one roof twice. The first time it was a number of phone calls and messages from the company themselves instead of providing true support services. The second time was more when someone else didnt come through with a fix after I told them I had and the third time was when no one came back call or message about a fix they provided for my computer. This company isnt worth anything to me other than the reputation it has made up until now.
