Im not happy with my mobile app development experience with TechValley.qa. The app was designed and functions perfectly but when I contacted them for support they never responded. I had to contact the customer service number on the app and ask for a help code. After doing so they did respond mostly but it was only as an answer than they said they had all the latest updates sent to my app. They also told me that my app was now outdated and needed a new design. Unfortunately this didnt work out so well - the new user review isFrom the company techvalley.qa websiteI am very disappointed with our mobile app development experience from TechValley Qatar.Qatar is an excellent company however after we released our first app we noticed that their customer service became slow . We have continued to do business with them but now there seems to be no response at all from their customer service
