The first time I had them Outsourced IT Support Managed Services Business Technology and after that I got my moneys worth. I just bought two laptops and a scanner. I am very pleased with them. However I was worried about how Techvera was going to take care of the support for all of this. Unfortunately thats not what happened. They say it takes weeks to get a response from a computer system because the customer is too busy working on their workstations. Thats including the time theyre away at work. Overall Im very disappointed with Techvera.

I started using company techvera.com in 2006 when I was working as a customer service representative. From then until recently I was the main user of their customer service program. While the site now offers some good features like easy to use phone app its really those first years that made company techvera.com a great experience. Now all of a sudden theyre goneIm not sure what got into me during 2006 initially I loved that the site offered great customer service and could easily track my progress over time. Now almost 5 years later I cant find what worked in the past and makes today - no matter how many times Ive done this - nothing is right.
