I found this company to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They did not seem to understand what they were doing when I came in for my techwell software conference training. The whole experience was very frustrating and I do not recommend them.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I bought a software conference training course from them and it was Terrible. The courses were very outdated and the materials were not up to date. Additionally the customer service was terrible too. Do not bother using this company if you are looking for software conference training resources.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the training materials that I received from techwell.com. The topics were mostly outdated and not very useful. Additionally the presenter was pretty unprofessional and didnt seem to have a lot of knowledge about his topic. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I just wanted to let you know that I had a bad user review for company techwell.com. The user posted on line about how much trouble they were in to get the software and how much work it was to figure out how to use the software. They even mentioned that some of the users had never seen the end of the system until they started getting letters from them telling them what new features there were in the software.Iboyer the customer service person should be ashamed of herself she was trying to help her customers and turn her computer into a tool that would help them with their businesses. She needed to learn a lesson in how not to do this. Now she knows where she needs to go and does something different because she knows that not all of her customers are like IBoyer.

I have come to understand that company techwell.com is not those things that they are supposed to be. I have had problems with their customer service but most importantly with the software they offer and the training they provide. They do not deliver on what they promise and more and more I am becoming aware of other issues hidden in the code or technology they use. Please fix these issues as soon as possible
