The company is in the business of providing technical advice and support for Microsoft products and they never seem to be able to provide what they promise. They always seem to be out of date on the latest changes in their products and their customer service is often unhelpful and unyielding. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wise GroupIm not sure what the point of this company is. Their website looks like it was designed by a 5th grader and their customer service is horrible. Ive ordered from them three times now and each time they have charged me more than my invoice had said it would. Do not bother using this company

I am not a user of company techgroup.com actually Im afraid to be one. It has been years since Ive last used this website and I find the recent additions extremely difficult to read and navigate. The search bar is also not as strong as it should be. Overall I would not recommend using this website for anything other than your normal internet use.
