Solutions is the worst company I have ever worked with.I was very disappointed with TechYard Solutions. They did not listen to my needs when it came to their IT services and instead wanted me to use a lower quality service which they promised would be cheaper. In the end the service was much higher quality and cost more than what I expected. Do not bother using this company if you need any IT services

But the best part of working at TechYard Solutions is the positive reviews from employees and customers. However this past review is in the business of IT companies and not businesses with technology. Customer service is good but overpriced.I recently worked with Techyards Solutions and did an experience that was very negative. The customer service was terrible and it Overpriced. The staff was unable to help me with issues my business faced. Ive never had such poor customer service in my life- thank goodness I have a other work product to suport me

Solutions did not work with me I sent them a email about how my company had been using their technology and they were willing to work with me on a new project but they never arrived at my house. Im not sure what the problem was but I came away feeling frustrated and angry.techyardsolutions.com is a business that provides IT services to businesses in the industry but it did not work with me. The company has a year-old website and does not seem to beabeing able to fix it. I sent them an email about how my company had been using their technology and they were willing to work with me on a new project but they never arrived at my house.
