I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are in the business of selling technology that is actually going to do nothing but harm peoples finances and disrupt the economy. The website is full of gibberish and errors which makes it very difficult to find what youre looking for. The staff was extremely unhelpful and refused to help me with a question I had about my account.

I was very disappointed with the company Tecniva.mx. They were not able to help me with my financial needs and they did not seem to have much knowledge about any of the technologies that I was interested in. They also did not seem to be very reputable either. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I started using Tecniviana for once and then stopped. She is an absolute disaster when it comes to this software. She keeps on saying things that dont make sense and that there is no way to use the software. Finally she got me a computer and I could finally use the software. The first thing that I did was change the password and then he changed the default password to something less secure. Now she is trying to get me to enter my PIN every time I start the software. This is unacceptable.

I have had trouble with company tecniva.mx for a long time now. I have been a customer of theirs for over 5 years. They always provide good tech support especially when it comes to TECNIVA products. However lately they have become very bad with their customer service. I have called them multiple times and they never answer the phone. When I send a message they just hide the phone and dont give you any information about their forthcoming solution. In addition they do not even Scarlets that we need to speak with someone else because we are on the other end of the line right now. So much for excellent customer service
