There have been times when Ive had to call customer service multiple times to try and get my refund and overall its been a nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs

is a complete waste of timeI have never had such terrible service from a company before. I called to cancel my subscription and they told me it would be 39.95 per month and I would have to pay for 2 months in advance I asked them how much money they were asking for and the person on the other end said Its just 9.95. So I cancelled my subscription went onto their website to look up what type of servicetecuity offered and found out that it was nothing more than a scam. Do not subscribe to this company

We have been using company tecility.com for a while now and have come to love them However we have some concerns that we would like you to take a look at.The first concern is with the website itself. It is very easy to navigate and shows the how much usage company can get out of your account which is great if you have any kind of emergency situation in mind. The site also has a few helpful tools for users such as cancellingsexpired cards and creating custom pages in fact most pages on company are custom pages.
